When you have your bloods done, we will aim to text you within 7—10 days and sooner for
some results. For normal results you will receive a text.
If there are abnormalities which need follow up or onward referral you may be asked to make
an appointment.
We have systems in place to check results are returned to us, ensure we do not miss anything,
please contact us if you have not heard from us in 10 days.
For scans and xrays, contact us 10 days after you have them done if you have not heard from us.
Please note that scans and xrays ordered by a hospital consultant will be returned to them and
they are responsible for giving you the result.
Results can be emailed to you if you request them at email address. Please be advised that this
is not a secure email.
